Solution Dehumidification Unit Project for an Experimental Animal Center in Fujian

Project Overview
This project involves a solution dehumidification unit system for an experimental animal center in Fujian. The air-conditioned area is approximately 300 m², primarily comprising laboratory and operating rooms for mice and rats on the ground floor, along with other animal facility zones. The environmental control requirements for experimental animal rooms are stringent—fluctuations in temperature and humidity, air cleanliness, and indoor pressure differentials directly affect the health status of the animals and, consequently, the reliability of experimental results.

The system employs Aolan’s dedicated heat-pump type solution temperature-and-humidity conditioning units for animal facilities. These units supply 100% fresh air to the animal rooms, ensuring indoor air cleanliness, while maintaining appropriate positive/negative pressure environments in each zone through regulation of supply and exhaust air volumes.

Operating Modes
Aolan’s heat-pump solution conditioning units for experimental animal environments incorporate built-in control algorithms and operate continuously 24 hours a day, year‑round in fully automatic mode. The units automatically switch between summer, winter, and spring/autumn transitional operating modes, ensuring optimal performance at all times.

The 100% fresh air system enables air volume and pressure regulation within each zone through coordination of air volume control dampers, indoor differential pressure switches, and variable‑frequency fan drives. The Aolan solution conditioning units are self‑contained with their own cooling and heating sources. By monitoring the indoor temperature and humidity of the corresponding zones, they precisely adjust the supply air condition to meet the required stable indoor temperature and humidity levels.

Performance Demonstration
The equipment has been commissioned and is operating in good condition. The units reliably meet the indoor temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness requirements for the experimental animal rooms, achieving the intended project goals.
